Mike Groves is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Head of Operations at Leicester Tigers since November 2021. Prior to this role, Mike was a Safety Committee Member at Motorsport UK from March 2019 to December 2022. Mike's extensive background in motorsport includes serving as the Brands Hatch Circuit Manager and Cadwell Park Circuit Manager at MotorSport Vision Ltd from April 2006 to October 2021 and August 2000 to March 2006, respectively. Mike's engineering expertise is backed by a BEng (Hons) in Electronic & Computer Systems Engineering from Loughborough University and A Levels in Maths, Physics, and Business Studies from Spalding Grammar School.
