Leonardo Mattoccia is a dedicated rugby professional currently serving as the Junior Academy Manager and Development Officer for Leicester Tigers since September 2023, and also leads coaching initiatives at Loughborough College. With extensive experience in international relations as Head of International Relations at Il Museo del Rugby, and a robust coaching background including positions at Exeter Chiefs, Oakham School, and England Rugby, Leonardo has developed players from youth to academy levels. Previous roles have included coaching at Brooksby Melton College and serving as Director of Rugby for Artena Rugby ASD, focusing on athlete development and community involvement. Leonardo holds a BSc and a Foundation degree in Sport Science and Coaching from Loughborough University.
