Kate Tea is an innovative AI Product Owner at Leica Biosystems since September 2021, with a strong background in software development and Agile methodologies. Previously, Kate served as Sr. Manager and Product Owner at NuVasive, focusing on Commercial Applications in the IT department, where collaboration with global partners helped shape product vision and strategy from concept to launch. Kate holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Redlands and dual Bachelor of Science degrees, along with a Certificate in Contract Management, from San Diego State University.
