Melissa Howard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in higher education, project management, and training. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Systems Training Knowledge & Project Management at Lehigh University since March 2021, Melissa has previously held roles such as Course Instructor and Office Manager at Muhlenberg College, and an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Lehigh Carbon Community College. Prior engagement includes management positions at Strayer University, where responsibilities spanned from Business Office Manager to Admissions Coordinator. In addition to their professional roles, Melissa has been involved in mentoring Honors project students in research proposal development. Educationally, Melissa holds a Master's degree in Adult Education and Development from Strayer University and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education-Social Sciences from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
