Philip Frengs serves as the President and CEO of Legistics, Inc. since December 1989 and has been the Founder of the Racing to End Alzheimer's Foundation since January 2017. The foundation focuses on raising awareness and funding for the care and cure of Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia, leveraging motorsports marketing to promote its mission. Philip Frengs earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA between 1970 and 1973.
