Francis PHU is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and site supervision. Currently serving as Chef de groupe travaux at Groupe Legendre since December 2022, Francis oversees work on Le Colisée in Tremblay en France. Prior experience includes a tenure at BATEG - VINCI Construction France from October 2012 to November 2022, where Francis held various roles including Responsable travaux for the Les Docks de Saint-Ouen project and Conducteur de travaux for notable developments such as Tour TRINITY and Tour EQHO. Francis holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure from CY Cergy Paris Université, completed in 2012.
