Bei Zhu is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in technical and corporate accounting, SEC reporting, and operational oversight. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Technical Accounting and External Reporting at Legend Biotech since October 2024, Bei previously held senior and director-level positions at Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc. from September 2021 to October 2024, contributing to both corporate accounting and SEC compliance. Prior to this, Bei was a Senior Manager and Assurance Manager at EY from January 2015 to September 2021, and worked in various roles at Friedman LLP and Malone & Bailey. Bei holds an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University - Newark and a BA in Finance from Nanjing University, complemented by an exchange program at HKUST Business School.
