Nicola Lazzari, EMBA, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at LEGAMI, overseeing the Operations department, which includes Procurement, Logistics, and Planning & Reporting, benefiting from a team of 15 direct reports. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager at 3T Cycling, where Nicola re-organized the EMEA office's Sales team and managed a transition to direct distribution channels, as well as serving as Operations Manager at 3T Cycling and Senior Consultant at Accenture in Supply Chain Management. Earlier career highlights include positions at Airbus as Logistics Leader, developing logistics strategies, and as an intern at Athens International Airport during the Olympic Games. Nicola holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from MIP Politecnico di Milano, complemented by postgraduate degrees in Logistics and Economics from Cardiff University and Università Bocconi, respectively.
