Amelia Smith is a staff attorney at Legal Services of Northern California since August 2023, bringing a diverse background in legal and educational advocacy. Prior to this role, Amelia served as a Foster Education Project Student Advocate at East Bay Children's Law Offices from September 2020 to August 2023 and gained experience as a summer law clerk at Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho in 2022, as well as a law clerk at Legal Services of Northern California in 2021.
