Hopey Fink is a seasoned legal professional with a focus on education justice and systemic change. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney in the Education Justice Program at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, Fink addresses education inequity through a racial justice lens and community lawyering model. Previous experience includes roles as a Legal Practice Teaching Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, a Student Practitioner representing children in various legal systems, and a Law Clerk at the Native American Rights Fund, where Fink engaged in significant environmental litigation. Fink holds a JD from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in Linguistics and Anthropology from Georgetown University.
