Ehud (Udi) Ben Ari is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Associate at Legal Scale since April 2023, providing outside general counsel to founders and emerging growth companies across various aspects of corporate law, including M&A transactions in the technology sector. Previously, from July 2021 to April 2023, Ben Ari was an Associate at Goodwin, advising on venture capital financings and strategic transactions in technology and life sciences. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Foley Hoag LLP and as a Senior Associate at Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal, focusing on M&A and technology transactions, as well as a Teaching Assistant at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Ben Ari holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
