Mark Gaffley has worked as the Head of Legal Department at OGH (Pty) Ltd since May 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Office at Legal Aid South Africa starting in October 1998.

Mark Gaffley attended the University of the Western Cape from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in the field of Law.
