Kiri Lutchman has a diverse work experience, starting as a Youth Justice Committee Program Coordinator at Conflict Mediation Services of Downsview from August 2006 to May 2008. They then worked as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Indira Persad LL.B. from September 2009 to June 2013. Later, they joined We Simplify the Internet (WSI) as an E-Learning/Training Coordinator from June 2013 to October 2014. From September 2010 to May 2013, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. Since January 2015, Kiri has been serving as a Lawyer Service Centre Representative at Legal Aid Ontario.

Kiri Lutchman holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from York University, which was completed in 2006. They also obtained a Business Management Fundamentals Certificate from the University of Toronto- School of Continuing Education in 2010. Additionally, Kiri earned a Master of Arts Degree in Criminology from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, completing it in 2012.
