Meredith Kennard Parks is an attorney with experience in family and economic stability law. Meredith Kennard previously served as a District Court Commissioner at the Maryland Judiciary and as a Breast Cancer Research & Patient Advocate. Parks also owned Baby Ewe Vintage Designs and worked as an Assistant Public Defender in the D Felony Division. Meredith Kennard holds a Juris Doctor from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.
