Karthik Mudigonda is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently working at Legacy South since December 2022. Karthik's expertise includes contract negotiation, logistics management, and risk assessment, along with implementing innovative solutions to overcome project challenges. Prior to this role, Karthik managed small to medium scale adaptive reuse and multifamily residential projects at Cubed Construction and served as a Construction Project Manager at BASK Development Inc., where significant cost savings were achieved. Karthik also has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Bowling Green State University and held positions in project management and engineering at prominent companies. Karthik holds a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering.
