Jonathan Blandin is a skilled construction manager currently employed at Legacy South since November 2021. Prior to this role, Jonathan served as a lighting technician for World Wrestling Entertainment from August 2012 to October 2021, where responsibilities included designing lighting for interviews, promotions, and backstage scenes for major TV productions like Raw and Smackdown. Jonathan's experience also includes nine years as a project manager at NVR, Inc., during which over $36 million in construction costs were managed, overseeing the construction of more than 80 estate homes, villas, and townhouses. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Lighting Design from Boston University.
