Frank McGarvey has a strong background in parking management and business development. Frank most recently worked as a Regional Vice President for Legacy Parking Company starting in 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Business Development at PCA-Star Parking from 2012 to 2015. From 2009 to 2012, they held the title of Vice President of Business Development at Lanier Parking Solutions, and from 2004 to 2008, they were the General Manager at the same company. Frank began their career as the Director of Parking Operations at Georgia World Congress Center from 1998 to 2004, and as an Operations Manager at AAA Parking from 1995 to 1998.

Frank McGarvey attended Georgia State University from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
