David Loomis is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in operations and risk management. Since January 2006, David has served as the Director of Operations at Legacy HR, a role that follows a position as Risk Manager at LMC Resources from December 1999 to January 2006. Prior to that, David was the Lab Manager at DMI Biosciences and an Emergency Department Technician (EMT) at Swedish Medical Center. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver, earned between 1991 and 1995.
