Melissa Busketta, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Melissa started their career as a Job Developer at Maryhaven Center Of Hope in 2015, where they worked until August 2017. Melissa then joined Catholic Health Services as a Leave of Absence/Benefits role from August 2017 to September 2018. Melissa then moved on to Municipal Credit Union, where they served as a Human Resources Business Partner from September 2018 to September 2019. Currently, they hold a position at Legacy Group Enterprises, Inc., starting as a Human Resources Manager from September 2019 and being promoted to the Director of Human Resources in September 2021.

Melissa Busketta, SHRM-CP completed their Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York Cortland, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Melissa then pursued further education and obtained a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations with Distinction from the New York Institute of Technology between 2015 and 2017.
