Ivan Jimenez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ivan started their career as a Field Engineer at Franco Compañía Inmobiliaria in 2001, where they worked until 2002. Following that, they worked as a Resident Engineer at Inmobiliaria Anira from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they briefly worked as a Field Monitor at Aerotek before joining General Stair Corporation as a Project Manager from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2018, they worked at Multilingual Psychotherapy Centers, Inc. in two different positions: Human Resources Coordinator from 2008 to 2018 and later as a Human Resources Director from 2018 onwards. Most recently, Ivan has been working as a Human Resources Director at Legacy Behavioral Health Center, Inc. since 2019.

Ivan Jimenez earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo, which they attended from 1997 to 2002.
