Erwin Beuving has extensive experience in the construction and property management sectors, currently serving as a werkvoorbereider for Lefier since November 2020 and as a directielid at GLA Property Management BV since January 2018. Additional roles include owning EB Support, which assists construction companies with cost estimation and project preparation, and providing technical support in creating architectural reports and long-term planning. Previously, Erwin worked as a technical manager at Cushman & Wakefield Nederland and GLS Facilities, where the focus was on delivering optimal services in property management. Leadership skills were demonstrated as voorzitter of De Wegwijzer, a school governance role. Erwin's career has been built on a solid educational foundation that includes specializations in fire alarm systems and property maintenance.
