Raoul Schildmeijer (CMC) is an experienced senior advisor at Leeuwendaal, specializing in organizational consulting and team and leadership development since September 2012. Raoul has contributed as a board member for the Orde van organisatiekundigen en -adviseurs since April 2018, overseeing professionalization. Previous roles include serving on editorial boards, board membership for Stichting Opkikker, and financial management at NGTV. Raoul has a rich background in management consulting and policy research with companies such as TNS NIPO and KPMG, and holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam.
