Melissa van der Zwan is a seasoned Psychologist (NIP) currently associated with Leeuwendaal since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Organization Psychologist at Akerendam from November 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included training, coaching, and assessments to enhance team effectiveness. Additionally, Melissa held roles as a Coaching Consultant at GORTcoaching, an HR intern at Supplycart, and gained leadership experience as Chairman of the competition committee at A.S.R. Nereus.
