Marleen Maassen has extensive experience in psychology and organizational development, currently serving as Project Leader and Advisor, as well as a Registered Psychologist in Work and Organization at Leeuwendaal / Higher & Company since 2014. Prior to this role, Marleen worked at Meurs HRM from 2007 to 2013 as an Advisor in Assessment and Talent Development, and as a Project Leader and Registered Psychologist. Marleen's career began as a Consultant at PCI Consultants from 2005 to 2007. Marleen holds a doctoral degree in Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, earned from 1999 to 2004, and completed a Propedeuse in Physical Education Teacher Training at Hogeschool Windesheim Zwolle in 1998-1999. Additionally, Marleen pursued further education in PBSA from 2010 to 2011.
