Karin Niesing is an experienced team and organization coach specializing in personal leadership development and training. Currently holding positions at Leeuwendaal and de Volksbank since 2022 and 2020 respectively, Karin supports teams in their transition to self-organization based on Holacracy principles. With a strong background as a certified Gordon® trainer and expertise in Organizational Behaviour Management, Karin has been guiding behavioral and cultural change for various organizations since 2008. Previous roles include senior account management and compliance officer positions at CenE Bankiers and Rabobank Rotterdam, with an academic foundation in Monetary Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and certifications in organizational behavior.
