Aimée Tilmans is a qualified Psychologist registered with the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen (NIP), currently serving as both a Project Leader and Advisor at Leeuwendaal since April 2018. Previously, Aimée held several roles at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, including a work student and ambassador, and gained experience at LTP Business Psychologen as a work student and assessment intern. In addition, Aimée served as a commissioner for acquisition at the Eurekaweek Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam and was treasurer of SPS-NIP Rotterdam. Aimée obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Science in Positive Organisational Psychology, and a Basisaantekening Psychodiagnostiek from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Early education was completed at Sint-Laurenscollege where Aimée earned a VWO diploma in Nature & Health.
