Melanie Brookbank currently serves as a Business Analyst and System Administrator at Lees-McRae College since October 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Systems Administrator II at Guilford Technical Community College, where maintenance and user support for Ellucian Colleague were primary responsibilities, and Helpdesk Support Analyst at Bell Partners Inc, contributing to the transition to an internal support helpdesk. Melanie's career began at Elon University as a Microsoft Engineer, where significant contributions included the installation and support of Windows servers, and previously as a Network Administrator at Regent Lighting Corporation, providing technical support and maintenance for PC hardware. Education includes an AAS in Business Computer Programming from Guilford Technical Community College and a high school diploma from Southeast High School.
