Matt Okazaki serves as the Sr. Director of Supply Chain at LEER Group since September 2024, having previously held the role of Sr. Director of Supply Chain Operations and Planning at Colson Group from October 2022 to September 2024. At Colson Group, Matt led a significant overhaul of the supply chain network, achieving multiple key accomplishments, including a 100% fill rate at a new distribution hub and a 75% reduction in customer complaints. Prior roles include leadership positions at Hilti Group, where Matt managed global demand planning and inventory control, and a consulting role at Savage Global Consulting, providing strategic recommendations for operational savings. Educational qualifications include an MBA and an MS in Manufacturing Systems from Brigham Young University, along with an Executive Education Program in International Business from IMD.
