Neha Barad is a Manager at Leena Powertech Engineers, specializing in Business Development & Estimation. Neha successfully secured orders worth ₹870 crores in Power Distribution projects and conducted in-depth research to identify new markets for strategic diversification. Prior to this, Neha founded The Happy Place and achieved an annual turnover of Rs. 13 lakhs in 2022-23. Neha also managed estimation and tendering processes at Leena Powertech Engineers, exceeding targets with an order booking achievement of INR 530 crores.
