Milan Minsky has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. They are currently a co-founder and VP of Product at Leela AI, a position they have held since April 2019. Prior to that, Milan co-founded RayVio in 2011 and served as the VP of Product until December 2019. They also co-founded Stealth in 2016, where they worked as a software engineer until April 2019. Milan's earlier experiences include working as the Business Development and R&D Manager at NanoLab from 2008 to 2011, and as a Program Manager, Senior Device Engineer, and Process Engineer at Luminus Devices from 2003 to 2008. They also worked as a Research Engineer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2003, a Member of Technical Staff at Agilent Labs in Japan from 1999 to 2002, and a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at UC Santa Barbara from 1993 to 1998. Milan began their career as a Sponsored Research Staff member at MIT from 1986 to 1990. They have also held teaching assistant positions at MIT during their graduate studies.
Milan Minsky earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Double majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), and Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Later, they completed their Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the same institution. Milan pursued their PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering at UC Santa Barbara. Milan then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2011.
