Alison Scott (nee Bush) MCIPD currently serves as the Head of People Services at Leeds Trinity University since June 2023. Prior to this role, Alison was the Director at novusHR Limited from July 2017 to June 2023, specializing in transformational change programs. Alison's career at Centrica, British Gas included various roles such as HR Business Partner, where significant achievements included managing restructuring programs resulting in 3000 redundancies and developing strategic people plans for SMART metering initiatives. With extensive experience in HR, Alison's earlier positions at British Gas encompassed HR Project Manager and various people management roles, contributing to recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational change.
