Catherine Sunter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and leadership within the public sector. Currently serving as Program Director and Head of Population Health Planning at Leeds Health and Care Partnership since June 2021, Catherine previously held the position of Lead for Delivery Support at Leeds City Council from October 2018 to June 2021. Catherine's foundational experience includes a Senior Manager role at PwC from October 2007 to October 2018, specializing in people and change consulting, as well as serving as Neighbourhood Renewal Policy Officer at Bolton Council and Area Assistant at Leeds City Council early in the career. Catherine holds a Bachelor's degree in French and Business Studies from the University of Hull and has attended Greenhead College Huddersfield.
