Michael Harralson is an experienced judicial professional currently serving as an Associate Judge for the Prairie Island Indian Community and Special Magistrate for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe while also holding the position of Chief Trial Court Judge for the Lower Sioux Indian Community. With expertise in various areas of law including civil, family, and criminal matters, Michael operates under the principles prescribed by relevant tribal and state laws. In addition to judicial roles, Michael is the founder of ReNew Earth Running, focusing on environmental restoration through Indigenous stewardship. Previous positions include Human Services Judge, Deputy Solicitor General, and Commissioner for the Minneapolis Commission on Civil Rights. Michael's educational background includes a JD from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and a BA from Wheaton College.
