Dodie H. has over 20 years of work experience in corporate communications and affairs. Dodie began their career in 1997 as a Senior Officer at Sino Group. Dodie then joined AIG as an Assistant Manager in 1998, and later moved to Esquel Group in 2001 as an Associate Director of Corporate Communications. Dodie H. most recently served at Lee Kum Kee International Holdings, where they held various positions including Director of Corporate Affairs, Vice President of Corporate Affairs, and finally, Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs.

Dodie H.'s education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which was obtained from Pacific Western University between 1987 and 1991. Additionally, Dodie H. also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Sydney University, acquired from 2003 to 2005.
