Vanessa Richter, MSW, LGSW, is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at the Family Enhancement Center and the Lee Carlson Center for Mental Health & Well-Being. With experience as a Scattered Site Program Manager at Solid Ground MN, Vanessa supervised housing programs aimed at assisting families facing homelessness. Vanessa has also worked as a Housing Navigator, helping families secure affordable housing and economic stability. In previous roles, Vanessa developed housing-related skills as a Property Manager, Account Services Manager, and Leasing Consultant, alongside their early career in customer service and amusement park operations. Vanessa holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from St. Cloud State University.
