Brian Knowles is the current Director at Lee & Associates. Brian has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to their current position, Brian served as Managing Director- Corporate Real Estate Services at Jones Lang LaSalle from January 2008 to January 2015. In this role, they were responsible for providing corporate real estate services, tenant representation, supply chain solutions, site selection, portfolio advisory, disposition representation, sale/leaseback, and more.

Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Brian was with Staubach as a Principal- Industrial Real Estate Services from January 2006 to December 2008. In this role, they led the industrial real estate services team within the Northeast region and advised clients on their corporate real estate endeavors.

Before Staubach, Brian spent 11 years at CBRE as Senior Vice President from January 1994 to December 2005. In this role, they were responsible for industrial real estate services/development in the Southern & Central New Jersey markets.

Throughout their career, Brian has consistently demonstrated their expertise in the commercial real estate industry. Brian is a highly respected leader with a proven track record of success.

Brian Knowles has a BS in Insititional Management from West Virginia University, a Certification from CCIM Institute in CCIM, and a Certification from CoreNet Global in Masters -Corporate Real Estate. Brian also has a Certification from Society of Industrial and Office Realtors in SIOR.
