Marcel Polak has extensive experience in customer service and management roles, currently serving as Manager Customer Services & BO at LEDVANCE since July 2016. Prior to this position, Marcel held the role of Manager Customer Services at LEDVANCE and worked as an Assistant Manager at OSRAM Benelux B.V. from May 2015 to June 2016. Marcel's career began in customer service with positions at Ashland Inc. and Itho Daalderop, where responsibilities included customer service representation and sales support coordination.
