Erik Soria is an accomplished executive in the insurance and reinsurance industry, currently serving as Head of Strategy at Ledgebrook since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Casualty and Business Solutions at BMS Group, and Head of U.S. Casualty at Conduit Re, where Erik developed and executed business plans for new treaty casualty portfolios and implemented innovative tools for data analysis. Previous positions include Senior Vice President at Sirius Group, Vice President at QBE Reinsurance, and advisory roles at Willis Re and Aon Benfield, highlighting expertise in treaty casualty underwriting and business operations across various insurance lines. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Labor Relations from Rutgers University and an Associate degree in Reinsurance from the American Institute of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters.
