Ellen Spara serves as the Chief People Officer at Ledge Lounger and previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at VLS Environmental Solutions, LLC. With extensive experience in talent management and human resources, Ellen has also worked as Sr. Director of Talent Management at LyondellBasell, HR Director at Ascend Performance Materials, and Director of Talent Management and Corporate HR at Guilford Mills. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, both obtained from the University of Maryland between 1998 and 2007.
