Maël Jaffrelot has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Maël co-founded the company l'eclozr in 2019, where they serve as an innovation maker. Prior to that, they worked as the managing partner at INNOVATHLON Consulting from 2014 onwards. Maël also has experience as an animateur formateur at Germe, le réseau de progrès des managers starting from 2015. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Klaxoon as the Director of Partnerships & Channels. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Deputy CEO at Regicom (Spir communication/ouest-france) from 2012 to 2014. Before that, at SURAVENIR (Crédit Mutuel Arkéa), they worked as the Sales and Marketing Director from 2010 to 2012 and as the COO from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they have worked at Orange Business Services as a Sales Director from 2006 to 2009, a Channel Marketing Manager from 2003 to 2006, and an e-business consultant from 2001 to 2003.

Maël Jaffrelot began their education journey in 1997 at HEC Paris, where they studied for four years. During the same period, in 1998, they also attended Université Paris-Sorbonne for a brief time, where they pursued a Licence in Philosophy. In 2000, they enrolled in Télecom Paris and completed a Master's degree in Net Business in 2001.
