Scott Downer is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at LeChase Construction since August 2024, Scott has a strong background that includes a previous role as Senior Project Manager at McDonald York Building Company from October 2023 to August 2024. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager at The Civil Group and McDonald York Building Company, as well as roles at Romeo Guest Associates, Inc. and CRB Builders, LLC. Scott began a career in construction as an Assistant Project Manager and gained early experience as an intern. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and Business Administration from East Carolina University, completed in 2008.
