Mattias Johansson has over two decades of experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and logistics sectors. Currently employed at Lecab Materialhantering AB since April 2020, Mattias specializes in creating tailored logistics and flow solutions for manufacturers and logistics-oriented companies. Previously, at Svenska Retursystem AB from February 2008 to April 2020, Mattias served as Technical Manager, overseeing the development of a new washing and logistics facility which enhanced production capacity by 25%. Additional roles at Svenska Retursystem included Operations Developer and Site Manager, where significant growth was achieved. Mattias also held positions as Technical Manager at HKScan Sweden AB and Quality and Environmental Manager at Orkla Foods Sverige AB. Educationally, Mattias holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
