Rania Afiouni Monla is a Board Member at LebNet. Rania was previously an Accreditation Consultant from July 2015 to August 2017. Before that, they were the Accreditation and Continuous Improvement Coordinator at the Lebanese American University from May 2012 to June 2015. Rania has also been an Instructor at the American University of Beirut and at LAU on non-continuous part-time contracts since January 2002. Additionally, they were a Lecturer at Prince Sultan University from January 2006 to December 2011. Rania's professional experience also includes working as an Information Technology Consultant - Partner at CDC-Systems from January 1996 to December 2005 and as an ERP Manager - Partner at Solomon Software Middle East from January 1998 to December 2001.

Rania Afiouni Monla earned their PhD in Management - Information Technology from McGill University. Rania also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the American University of Beirut, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer and Communication from the American University of Beirut.
