Layal Rouhana is a materials scientist who currently serves as a board member at LebNet. Layal has also worked as a reviewer on Qualcomm's Packaging Patent Review Board, a postdoctoral research fellow at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and chair of the board for Women at Illumina Network Employee Resource Group. Layal received their PhD from Florida State University in 2011.

Layal Rouhana received their PhD in Materials Science and Nanotechnology from Florida State University. Prior to that, they completed their Maitrise in Chemistry from Lebanese University - Faculty of Sciences.
