Steve Siebers is an experienced leader in sales and operations with a strong background in managing diverse teams and improving operational processes across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Operations at Leatherman Tool Group since February 2017, Steve has held multiple roles including Sales Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Core Health and Fitness where Steve developed a successful sales and operations planning process, and at Hydra-Power Systems as Director of Sales Operations, overseeing a substantial team and significant budget. Steve’s previous tenures at Yakima Products, Traeger Pellet Grills, and adidas America highlight a consistent track record of enhancing efficiency and compliance, as well as achieving substantial cost reductions and revenue growth. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Oregon State University.
