Andrew Bowen serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at LeaseLock since May 2024. Previously, Bowen held the position of Vice President - Industry Principal at RealPage, Inc. from October 2010 to May 2024, where responsibilities encompassed influencing product development and market strategies for multifamily investing. Prior roles include Regional Director at Verde Apartment Communities, Consultant at The Strategic Solution, and General Manager positions at National Corporate Housing and Marriott ExecuStay. Bowen's career began as District Manager at Oakwood Worldwide and included earlier roles as Resident Manager at Allen & O'Hara and Francisco Torres. Bowen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aquatic Biology from UC Santa Barbara, earned in 1995.
