Eleni Kourmentza has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Training Associate and later as an HR Officer at ELKEDE TECHNOLOGY & DESIGN CENTRE S.A. until 2009. In 2011, Eleni joined Coca-Cola HBC as an HR Trainee. Eleni then moved on to Workable in 2013, where they served as a People Operations Manager, handling various HR functions such as recruitment, employee management, and administrative tasks. From 2016 to 2017, Eleni worked at KPMG Greece as a Senior Advisor, focusing on executive search and selection. In 2018, they joined GlobalWebIndex as the Head of Talent for Greece, responsible for recruitment, employer branding, and fostering an open office culture. Currently, Eleni is the Head of the People Team at LearnWorlds, a role they assumed in December 2020.

Eleni Kourmentza received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Crete, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the Athens University of Economics and Business, attending from 2010 to 2011.
