Tara Kenny

Manager, Enterprise Customer Success Management at LearnUpon

Tara Kenny has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tara currently works at LearnUpon, starting in October 2016 as a Customer Success Manager before being promoted to Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager in May 2019. Tara then became a Team Lead for the Enterprise Customer Success Team in January 2022 and was later promoted to Manager of the Enterprise Customer Success Management department in March 2023. Prior to LearnUpon, Tara briefly worked as an Adult Education facilitator at An Cosan in September and October 2016. Before that, they were a Learning and Development Coordinator at Google from May 2015 to March 2016. Tara also has experience as a Learning and Development Specialist at SSE Renewables from May 2014 to May 2015 and as a Home & Business Moves Back Office Administrator at Airtricity from September 2011 to May 2015. Tara began their career as a Customer Service Agent at Pocket Kings LTD from March 2010 to August 2011, where they also provided training to new hires. Overall, Tara Kenny has developed expertise in customer success management, adult education, learning and development, and customer service throughout their career.

Tara Kenny completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Maynooth University and the National University of Ireland, Maynooth from 2006 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Prosci® Taking Charge of Change certification from Prosci in August 2021, and more recently, in February 2023, they achieved an Advanced Power Skills Certification and a Customer Risk Management Certification from ChurnRX. In March 2023, they acquired an Improving Your Listening Skills certification from LinkedIn.
