Antonia Fleck-Seeger has extensive work experience in sales, marketing, and account management. Antonia began their career as a Working Student at visitBerlin in 2004, where they worked until 2007. Antonia then joined Blau Hotels for Holidays as a Sales Assistant from 2008 to 2009. Antonia went on to work for the Iberostar Group as a Marketing Corporative and Sales Promotion professional from 2009 to 2010. Antonia then joined H10 Hotels as a Sales Representative for Central Europe, a role they held from 2010 to 2016. Currently, Antonia is working at Learnship, where they started in 2016 as a Senior Account Manager Corporate Training Solutions. Since January 2022, they have been serving as the Head of Key Account Management.

Antonia Fleck-Seeger obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaft from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, they completed a program in Management, Tourismus und Reisedienste, and received the title of Staatlich anerkannte internationale Touristikassistentin from Education GmbH.
