Chelsea Dowd is an experienced International Strategic Partnership Manager currently working at Learnosity since July 2023, specializing in Questionmark products following the acquisition of Questionmark. Chelsea serves as Chairperson for the European-Association of Test Publishers (E-ATP) and has held key roles in E-ATP conferences.
